Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you commit.

Every engagement starts with a written scope, defined responsibilities, and an agreed launch plan.

What is LeadFlow?

LeadFlow is MDS’s inquiry-response platform. It captures incoming opportunities, applies routing rules, notifies the appropriate person, tracks the next step, and surfaces items that may need attention.

Why do I need it?

If customer opportunities arrive through calls, forms, messages, or multiple inboxes, important next steps can be delayed or missed. MDS connects those touchpoints so your team can respond faster, see what needs attention, and follow through more consistently.

Will this work for my business?

MDS can support many businesses that receive calls, appointment requests, estimates, service inquiries, or other customer opportunities. We first review your current process and recommend only the services that fit your workflow, risk level, and customer journey.

Do I need to purchase every MDS service?

No. LeadFlow, focused websites, AI receptionists, AI workflows, and local visibility support can be scoped separately. They can also be connected when a business needs a complete customer-response path.

Does the AI replace my employees?

No. MDS designs AI to handle approved repetitive tasks, organize information, and support faster responses. Human escalation, approval points, and operating boundaries are defined before launch.

What does Google Business Profile support include?

Depending on scope, MDS can help organize profile information, services, photos, posts, listing consistency, compliant review requests, and performance reporting. MDS does not guarantee search placement or rankings.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on the selected services, integrations, access, and testing requirements. MDS provides a written implementation plan before committing to a launch date.

Who controls business accounts and customer data?

Ownership, access, data handling, retention, and third-party responsibilities are documented in the service agreement. MDS uses only the access needed for the approved scope.

What happens before anything goes live?

MDS documents requirements, configures the system, tests expected and failure scenarios, reviews results with the client, and obtains the required acceptance before production activation.
